Each week is a fast, 10 minute episode that covers how our biology tries to help, but often gets in the way of us achieving our goals. We'll talk about steps to take to push past those barriers, and be the very best (the super awesome) you!

The host, Samer Abousalbi, holds a degree in Neurobiology and has been obsessed with motivation, goals, psychology for nearly a decade now. He is a former spin instructor, a current runner, and of course an entrepreneur and podcaster.
